Select if you’d like us to process the Sustainable Development Fee ($100/day per person) and Visa Fee ($40 per person) for a small service fee. While it is possible for travelers to apply for visa and pay the SDF to the government of Bhutan directly, it is customary for travelers to have local tour operators process these documents which can be time consuming to navigate and process. Although the fees for these services would be packaged together with the tour cost, for transparancy, we make it optional for travelers to add-on these services for a reasonable fee instead.

3. Payment

Notice: We are not able to provide services to residents of Washington, California, and Hawaii at this time. Please do not make payment if this applies to you.

Cancellation Policy

Transaction fees (~3%) and document fees (once applied/processed) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the qualifying refund amount outlined below.
• Free cancellation up to 30 days before tour start date.
• 50% charge for cancellations 15–29 days prior.
• No refund within 14 days of tour start date.
• All refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
